At Kinetic Nutrition Fitness we don't guess, we test. Creating the perfect physique and getting the body to work optimally is an art and a science at the same time! What you will get by becoming a client:

  1. We will test your body fat %, calculate your BMI (Body mass index), and record your body circumference (anthropocentric measurements).

  2. We will perform a functional movement assessment & movement screen analyzing all your joints and identifying any overactive/underactive muscles.

  3. We will prescribe you corrective exercise and create a SMART goal (Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, & timely.)

  4. We will calculate your BMR (Basic metabolic rate) and TDEE (Total daily energy expenditure)

  5. We will calculate your optimal caloric intake and create a 15-20% deficit in caloric intake vs. calories burned. Or on the contrary if your goal is to gain weight we will direct this in an increase in caloric intake.

  6. We will calculate your lean body mass.

  7. We will perform submaximal, as well as maximal 1 repetition max tests and calculate the proper resistance load you should be using on your exercises, as well as a progressive overload progression program for specific training phases.

  8. We will calculate how many training sessions will be needed for you to reach your goals. Example (48 workouts) in a specific timeframe.

  9. We will get you training with a heart rate monitor for optimal performance and to track your calories burned, as well as percentages from fat.

  10. We will get you motivated, inspired, and set out on the right path ready to destroy your health and fitness goals by creating a completely custom exercise and nutrition program specifically for you!
